- Days of Work: Monday to Friday plus some weekends
- Hours of work: Between the hours of 8.00am and 6.30pm

Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit a Digital Content Creator to join our Customer Services team based in Smethwick. In this role you will develop & maintain ‘Digital Content’ to support the training, development and communication strategy.
Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility
- To administer the Communication approach across CCS on a daily basis, selecting the most appropriate method to ensure messages are absorbed by the audience as required.
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure all training material is engaging, accurate & tailored to meet the needs of the learner (ensuring all elements of learning types are covered)
- Own and maintain “Salesforce Knowledge” & “Important News” platforms, and ensure information is kept up to date and accurate.
- Complete scheduled reviews of all Digital media assets, ensuring version control and classification guidelines are followed.
- Ownership and maintenance of the “CCS.Communications” inbox and all associated distribution lists.
- Own and administer our “DPD Way” Learning Management System for CCS and outsource partners.
- Support with Training Delivery where needed
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you must be able to evidence experience within a similar role creating engaging Digital Content, across multiple design platforms. We would also expect yo to:
- Be confident in effectively using creative tools such as; Google Slides, Keynote, Photoshop and Adobe.
- Have the ability to understand the brief of a communication request, and draft a communication which meets the needs of an audience.
- Manage own workload and prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines.
- Be accountable for ensuring all communications are delivered in accordance with agreed SLAs, and fact-checked, proofread and signed off before publication
