Digital Content Manager, 23 months, Edinburgh, GBP178 per day

Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a public sector organisation, who are looking to recruit a Digital Content Manager on a 23 month contractual basis.

Primary responsibilities will include the management of the website and staff Intranet, preparing and overseeing user guidance, policy compliance and researching, maintaining and enhancing accessible web strategies.

You will receive a daily rate of GBP178.

I would love to hear from applicants who have experience in a fast paced environment and skills including:

• A formal Digital Content qualification and/or significant experience in digital communications within a sensitive and confidential environment
• High levels of oral and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present and engage in a range of internal and external settings
• Excellent working knowledge of all forms of digital communications and content management systems, which includes writing and designing high quality content
• Experience of working in a high performing, fast-paced, dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment
• Experience researching, maintaining and enhancing web strategies
• Experience ensuring content is consistent and accessible
• Proven ability to work under pressure, plan, prioritise, manage competing demands and meet tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• A high degree of personal resilience and the ability to deal with what can be a distressing subject matter
