- Own the centralised editorial calendar for GTI, with quarterly objectives and commissioning plans.
- Lead the strategy to embed Generative AI, Semantic UX, Automation, LLM, Behavioural analytics, and AI powered recommendations at the core of GTI’s Content processes.
- Champion changes to Content trends, search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
- Manage all technologies, systems & data surrounding content creation, distribution, and maintenance for UK & Ireland.
- Design & lead multi-channel content strategies in collaboration with other teams.
- Manage all outsourcing and commissioning of content creation and maintenance.
- Share insight and opportunities through tracking trends in the early careers sector.
- Lead metadata strategies for efficiency gains, schema optimisation and content elasticity.
- Enable marketers to target the right Careers Advice and Guidance to relevant audiences across all of GTI's digital properties.

Person Specification
- You’re a motivated self-starter.
- You’re a technologist at heart, have a passion for digital trends, and a keen interest in how innovative technologies can be used to boost creativity and efficiencies within Careers Advice and Guidance.
- Strong experience in Digital Content management and multi-channel strategies.
- A good understanding of SEO principles, you actively follow algorithm updates.
- Highly proficient with both SEO and behavioural analytics tools to measure performance, perform keyword research and derive insights.
- Experience in authoring or editing content, with a phenomenal eye for detail.
- Experience building and managing freelance networks.
- An excellent communicator; you’re able to listen, adapt, build strong relationships, and tell a story that brings others with you.
- Experience working with Content Management Systems.
- Outstanding organisational and project management abilities.
- Preferable: Good understanding of writing for GenZ users.
- Preferable: Experience of UX copywriting.
- Preferable: A MarTech background.
