We are currently searching for a professional to join Europe's largest Aerospace & Defence organisation as they embark on a journey of digital transformation for a Future Combat Air System.

The suitable candidate will be a digital strategist with a solid background in digital transformation, shaping digital strategy and delivering digital solutions in a product support environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading engagements with customers and industry SMEs to understand and capture requirements.
• Producing and maintaining a digital strategy.
• Developing concepts for how digital technologies and data exploitation capabilities will be implemented.
• Ensuring the integration of the digital strategy with other product and service development areas on the programme.
• Planning and co-ordinating a small team (1-2 members), leading the inputs to planning sessions and reviews.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Background in leading digital transformation or working at a strategic level to set vision and objectives around digital enablement ad data exploitation.
• Background in a service delivery environment, ideally aerospace or defence, or a complex product support domain.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into strategies and implementation plans.
• Any experience with the MOD is highly advantageous.
