Digital Delivery Manager

We are working with an award winning digital agency in Cheltenham who are seeking an experience Digital Delivery Manager to join their growing team. This is a newly created role to ensure successful delivery of multiple workstreams with their varied client base.
Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects from inception to completion.
• Client Relationship: Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for project updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Agile/Scrum: Implement and advocate for Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimise project delivery and team collaboration.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation in project delivery.

What Experience do you need?

• Proven experience as a Digital Delivery Manager or in a similar role within a digital agency.
• Strong background in managing customer relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Familiarity with digital project management tools and software.

This position is baed in Cheltenham so you must be within commutable distance or already planning to relocate to the area. No sponsorship is on offer for this role.
