Overview

Our client is looking for a Digital Designer who has a genuine passion for Digital Design.  This is a Mid Weight Digital Designer role, and the candidate would ideally have worked inhouse or with Lead Generators.

The team consists of Head of Design and one other Mid Designer, but they are looking to grow their team.

Our client is a Lead Generation company, they are looking for someone to join the team in working to deliver design solutions, which could be working with the digital team, focussing on their B2C users, and at times working alongside partner support to help improve conversions.

Requirements

• Developing compelling, responsive web layouts that enhance user experience and support various strategies and goals
• Designing original graphics, including infographics, images, icons, and illustrations
• Adhering to brand guidelines, encompassing fonts, colours, tone of voice, and imagery to captivate and engage target audiences
• Creating attractive email designs with an understanding of their limitations
• Developing engaging social media campaigns for various platforms
• Solid understanding of best UI and UX practices and principles
• Proficiency in responsive web design and accessible design principles
• Expertise in design software, including Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
• Proven ability to see projects through from conception to delivery
• Minimum of 3+ years of design experience
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is desirable, with training provided if needed
