Due to our continued growth, we are seeking to recruit a Digital Engineer based in the Leicester area. This role focuses on supporting and training our customers on the products we sell with specific emphasis on scanning and 3D printing both remotely and onsite.

Candidate Requirements:  

• \tWorking experience with 3D Printers and CAD/CAM technology
• \tA minimum 2 years’ experience delivering technical support and training
• \tA thorough understanding of dental processes and digital dentistry techniques would be an advantage  
• \tStrong presentation skills  
• \tExcellent written and spoken communication skills as well as great telephone manner  
• \tMust be a team player but also able to work independently with good time management 
• \tA home office with high-speed internet connection  
• \tPossess a full clean UK driving licence

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):  

• \tDeliver training and technical support both onsite and remotely to dental practice or laboratory staff on Intraoral scanners and software as well as 3D printers  
• \tAnswer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails 
• \tWork closely with colleagues, suppliers, and customers with a focus on quickly and effectively resolving support cases 
• \tDocumenting all call information according to standard operating procedures 
• \tDevelop training protocols and material, including videos 
• \tAttend Dentistry events 
• \tDeliver product demonstrations and engage in presales activities 
• \tOther duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent contract with 6 months’ probation period
