Manpower are seeking a talented Digital HR System Apprentice to join our HR team in Erskine. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR function by understanding, managing and maintaining our HR systems, as well as providing general support.

As a member of our onsite Manpower Strategic Client team, you will have the opportunity to take on varied roles and make a significant impact. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also support the Account Manager with reporting on key metrics and other varied tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the HR department along with collaborating with the wider business
  • Becoming a super user in the systems that are used by our strategic client on site HR team
  • Using Bullhorn, our applicant tracking system, to help streamline the recruitment process by managing job postings on various online job boards and checking candidate eligibility against set criteria
  • Acting as 1st response to all applicants, contacting them via email using Microsoft Outlook
  • Becoming a super-user of Tifo, our online applicant compliance system, to ensure all background checks are completed before a candidate starts employment including proof of Right to Work, referencing, security checks and collecting documents
  • Tifo gives access to many electronic checking services such as GB Group, ID3global, Experian, Company’s House and DVLA
  • Using Textkernal, our talent management solution system, which helps us to engage with candidates and brings candidates to us from different channels
  • Collaborating with Account Managers, reporting on key metrics and other varied tasks such as interviews per hire, time to hire, cost per hire, absence reporting, attrition and performance management 
  • Other duties will include return to work interviews, exit interviews, recruitment support such as invite to interview, room booking, on-boarding/off boarding employees on HR systems and holiday processing

Salary:

£17,550 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
