Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Eurostar as a Digital Implementation Analyst. You will be based in our offices by Kings Cross with hybrid working. As Digital Implementation Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and reliable data collection and tracking across our digital channels. You will work closely with the Digital Analytics Implementation Lead and collaborate with various stakeholders to implement and maintain the necessary tracking tags and scripts.

Internal use only: This role is Grade E1. Travel Level 3 and based in the Kings Place office in London.

We’re looking for someone who will:

  • Be the key point of contact for product, marketing, and development teams to ensure all digital products and marketing campaigns are tracked on release.
  • Manage analytics and marketing tags via our tag management system, ensuring you keep the customer experience at heart by prioritising privacy and page performance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues with data quality. Implement solutions to shorten time-to-discovery for data quality issues.
  • Support the Implementation Lead in developing a privacy-conscious and future-proof analytics implementation.
  • Provide training and documentation to ensure all technical and non-technical stakeholders can make full use of the data collected.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who...

  • Has previous experience in implementing and maintaining digital analytics tracking solutions
  • Has a good understanding of analytics tools, ideally Adobe Analytics and Tealium
  • Is proficient in JavaScript
  • Is comfortable working with stakeholders across the organization, including developers, marketers, and analysts
  • Has strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data collection and tracking
  • Is familiar with implementing tracking tags for various digital channels, for both web and apps
