About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Integration Leader to join our team in Birchwood Park, Warrington.
Key Responsibilities include:
The responsibilities shall encompass, but are not limited to the following:
Strategic
  • Contribute to the Decomm and Regeneration Services Digital Strategy
  • Develop business plans to support digital strategic imperatives
  • Focus on technology integration through lifecycle in an established engineering portfolio & extend into new clients / sectors
  • Keep abreast of technical developments in the digital arena and adjacent technologies / methodologies, recommending adoption / investment where appropriate
  • Assist in the development of plans to grow the digital capability including recruitment
  • Seek and pursue sales opportunities with new clients / sectors including research funding

Operational
  • Enabling a rapid testing environment (PoC to implementation)
  • Focus on client relationships and the cultural adoption at scale
  • Driving programmes of implementation

Here's What You'll Need:
  • Experience of developing strategic / business plans and managing organisational transformation
  • Proven track record of working with clients and building strategic relationships
  • Proven track record of identifying and deploying new technology
  • Experience of working in a consultancy environment
