AstraZeneca is currently on an exciting digital journey to enter the next phase of the digital world and becoming a Smart Factory. On this journey we are now looking for key talent to help realise our vision and lead along the way.

UK Operations is the second largest manufacturing site in the AstraZeneca network and here we thrive in a high-tech and LEAN-based environment where we value collaboration and smart solutions that support our business needs. Our apprenticeship programme is designed to give you a broad understanding of our UK Operation functions, being involved in a variety of critical Operational IT activities and projects, interacting predominantly with the Manufacturing areas and Production teams, but also with other key functional areas such as Quality, LEAN, UK Ops Data Team, and AZIT.

During this 2.5 year programme, you will have the opportunity to complete several rotations in different areas to provide you with exposure and experience aligned to your apprenticeship.
