We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketer to join our team and drive our marketing and web management efforts to new heights.

Position Summary: The Digital Marketer will develop and implement Digital Marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across various online channels. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for Digital Marketing, strong analytical skills, and a track record of success in driving results.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute Digital Marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements, to attract and retain customers.
  • Social Media Management: Create, share, and manage all social media content. Respond to direct messages and manage inquiries, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team members. Promote courses and events through engaging social media content.
  • SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimise website content for search engines (SEO), and manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns to improve online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
  • Email Marketing: Plan, create, and execute weekly email campaigns using ActiveCampaign. Develop and implement email marketing strategies for launching new courses, products, and events.
  • Lead Generation and Marketing Innovation: Develop innovative ideas for lead generation and business growth in recruitment and academy sectors. Plan and execute promotions for the academy, from concept to implementation.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse Digital Marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, and email open rates, and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, focusing on online advertising, social media management, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and platforms, such as GoogleAnalytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Associate, ActiveCampaign, Thinkific, and WordPress.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimise performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation and storytelling.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing best practices, emerging trends, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion for Digital Marketing and staying updated with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Creative portfolio showcasing past Digital Marketing campaigns, content creation, and results achieved.
