Digital Marketing Apprentice

Employer description: S&P Casuals Ltd (S&P) are an international multi-million pound import business, managing our own successful brands (Soul Star, Advocate, Lads Rags, James Darby, Luca, Pod) and are at the forefront of the UKs import, export and wholesale menswear markets.

Overview: We are looking for a Digital Marketing apprentice, to promote our business, digitally helping us to find new clients and business.

This position requires somebody who is friendly, energetic, a good team player and most importantly, focused on career progression and personal development. We believe strongly in developing all members of the team and throughout your apprenticeship journey, you will have the full support of S&P Casual.

Salary:£16,500 per annum.

Duties: What you will do in your working day:

• Updating, maintaining and improving our company website
• You will be responsible for mailshots showcasing our products, services and notable events
• Content adding to websites and social media
• Social media content production and delivery for all our different services
• Undertake market and competitor research
• Seeking out new ideas and social media avenues
• Organising and updating contact lists in our Maximizer CRM System
• Developing content for external and internal distribution
• Additional reasonable marketing support activities as and when required

What we are looking for: Desired skills:

• Familiarity with SEO, including exposure online, meta tags, meta data, keywords
• Being able to create and manage reports for email and marketing campaigns
• Ecommerce skills and understanding of websites
• Content creation and social media
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Entry requirements:

• 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
