Hampshire Remote working with 1 /2 days a month in the HO Hampshire.

Working for a wonderful retail brand my client is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join the team.

This position is an exciting and varied role for a creative, commercially minded Digital Marketing Assistant looking for the next step in their career. Working across email marketing, CRM/marketing database, social, SEO, and display advertising campaigns for an amazing brand and audience internationally via channels including Web, Amazon and National Retail Accounts.

You will support the implementation of the Marketing Plan both in the UK and Internationally, with an emphasis on digital particularly email and lead generation to grow brand awareness, engagement and adoption, and ultimately continue to grow sales.

Role responsibility

* With the support of the Marketing Manager and team, execute Digital Marketing plans UK and Internationally.

* Build and maintain best in class digital presence including marketing databases, email, social media, display advertising and digital sales assets.

* Write and optimise content for the website, e-mail and social networking accounts.

* Community management

* Develop and manage the CRM contact database and assist with lead generation activities

* Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

* Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

* Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

* Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

* Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs, vlogs and forums

* Contribute to company and industry blogs and video

* Keep up to date with current digital trends

* Negotiate with media suppliers to achieve the best price for clients.

You will bring:

* Proven working experience in Digital Marketing managing social media and email marketing campaigns

* Experience of SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

* Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

* Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

* Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media analytics by platform

* Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

* Knowledge and understanding of marketing including: social media, E-commerce, value propositions, market research and business development/sales planning.

* Excellent written and spoken English and highly IT literate, with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
