Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Assistant to cover maternity leave, with a potential to turn permanent. The role involves a variety of tasks, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, and analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy and possesses a strong understanding of Digital Marketing trends and tools.

· Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement metrics and responding accordingly, in line with the social media content calendar

· Helping with the creation of digital advertising campaigns across different media platforms

· Supporting content creation efforts, such as writing blog posts, creating infographics and designing social media visuals

· Utilise AI showroom to capture images of sales vehicles and upload them across various online channels

· Work alongside the Remarketing Team to explore innovative avenues for marketing sales vehicles to retail customers

· Input content to Reflex’s quarterly newsletter publication template, upload to the website and distribute across social media channels

· Track and monitor prospects/leads

· Assist with designing and creating email marketing campaigns, as well as managing mailer databases and metrics such as open rates and click-through rates

· Liaise with third parties, ensuring content is completed within deadlines

· Collectively as a team ensure the website is up to date, assist in optimising website content for SEO purposes, and reviewing keywords

· Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify new opportunities

· Monitoring and responding to online reviews

· Collaborate with other departments within the business to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints

· Keeping update with the latest Digital Marketing trends and technologies and making recommendations for how the organisation can incorporate them into its marketing strategy

· General administrative support to the wider team

· Assisting with event planning and promotions, such as trade shows and service/product launches

Experience:

Job Offering:

Salary: £25,282 per annum – depending on experience

Contract: 12-month Maternity Cover – Potential to be Full Time

Hours: 40 per week 9:00am – 5:30pm

Holidays: 25 + Bank Holidays

Reporting to: Head of Marketing
