Working arrangement: Hybrid 3 days in the office. (Monday required)

Hours: 9 5 pm

Contract hours: 37.5

Salary: GBP21,000

Holiday: 25 days per year

The Role

They are on the lookout for a dynamic Digital Marketing Assistant to join their expanding marketing team. This role is pivotal in supporting their content and Digital Marketing initiatives, ensuring their brand message is consistently communicated across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies.
• Support content creation for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and email marketing.
• Help in researching new markets and understanding regional nuances for tailored communications.
• Collaborate with the team to refine our brand s tone of voice and ensure it s effectively applied across all marketing materials.
• Work closely with external agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Some demonstrable experience in Digital Marketing or content creation is highly desirable (freelance or your own work, etc).
• Some familiarity with CRM tools and Digital Marketing platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong written communication skills with an ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a creative flair, capable of turning data into compelling stories.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude.

The apprenticeship:

The Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship covers a wide range of marketing topics over its 15-month duration, including:

• Campaign management;
• Content creation;
• Social Media marketing;
• Digital and traditional communications;
• Brand management;
• Communication skills;
• Project Management;
• And much, much more.

Overall, it s the Swiss army knife of marketing apprenticeships. But, to sweeten the deal even more, we also enrol our apprentices on a Foundation certificate with the CIM. So, once you ve completed the programme, you ll have two qualifications, not just one like most other training providers.
