Job description

Scout Recruiting is now seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our cients dynamic team The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager will play a crucial role in creating and delivering Marketing Campaigns. This role requires strong Marketing Campaign understanding, excellent communications skills and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.

This is a full time office based permanent role. Salary is between £32000 - £35000 DOE 

The ideal candidate is solution-driven, with strong attention to detail and ability to implement high-performing Marketing Campaigns, across all departments of the business.

You will have 2-4 years proven successful experience in demand generation, ideally within the business to business (B2B) marketing or a related industry.

Within previous roles you will have gained a strong understanding of Marketing Campaign management, experience with content marketing tools, analytics and reporting platforms (e.g. Google Analytics) as well as a solid understanding of marketing automation (e.g HubSpot, Marketing Cloud).

Key Responsibilities:

  • DELIVERY - Planning effective and creative Marketing Campaigns, establishing the marketing strategy, briefing stakeholders and partners, execution, measurement, optimisation and reporting on time and to budget. As well as delivering impactful and personalised automated email campaigns that drive customer engagement.

  • CREATING - Work with the content creator to build core content that articulates product value in a compelling and differentiated way with consistency across all channels.

  • DEFINING - Defining KPI’s for your Marketing Campaigns and reporting on progress

  • REFINING - Accountable for the continuous effectiveness of your campaigns and working to deliver on agreed KPI’s, report back to the business and use this data to inform decision-making and refine strategies as needed.

  • REPORTING - Ensure that campaign metrics are delivered back to the business in well-structured regular reports that provide actionable insight and future direction.

  • COMPLIANCE - Maintain an awareness and understanding of relevant legislations for the different marketing channels, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure assets and communications are always compliant from an FCA and GDPR perspective.

Skills Required:

  • Previous and demonstrable Marketing Campaign management experience (Email marketing, social media, paid advertising).

  • Proficiency in running automated Marketing Campaigns

  • Demonstrable marketing knowledge and practical experience including delivery of ROI against campaign targets

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive campaign optimisation.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and ability to condense complex ideas into clear insights and plans

  • Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills

  • A confident marketer who can quickly connect commercial objectives with marketing strategies to execute campaigns effectively.

  • Creative and collaborative mindset, with ability to quickly generate and adapt ideas to serve both product/sales and marketing goals.

  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud or similar CRM systems

  • Website Optimisation skills (Conversion Rate Optimisation)

  • Web development skills (HTML, CSS)

  • Database management skills (SQL)
