My client are a sustainable real estate developer and investor in the Student Accommodation and Build to Rent sectors.
THE ROLE
The Digital Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for all aspects of digital operations for the consumer and investor audiences, with significant focus on lead generation to drive and enable business growth.
This standalone role (with agency support) involves managing digital communications, enhancing Digital Marketing efforts, and reviewing and evaluating the client and customer-facing platforms to provide a meaningful and relevant end-user experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy aligned with business goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes, informing strategic decision-making
- Drive lead generation initiatives to attract the right investors and customers, leveraging digital channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media
- Implement strategies to optimise conversion rates across digital touchpoints, including website landing pages, booking platforms and enquiry forms
- Manage the creation and distribution of engaging digital content including photography and videography
- Manage all corporate and customer-facing digital communications, as well as private investor communications via an online portal
- Enhance the customer journey, and platforms, for renting student accommodation or booking viewings
- Manage the seamless integration of the website with CRM and email marketing systems to leverage marketing opportunities
- Utilise analytics tools and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of Digital Marketing, identify areas for improvement, and make data- driven recommendations
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review, highlighting key insights, trends, and outcomes related to Digital Marketing performance and ROI
YOU
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of driving business growth. Ecommerce, short-stay accommodation, hotels, residential property or financial services experience preferred
- Digital marketing experience with a focus on lead generation, website management and CRO, SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email, UX and a strong understanding of UI
- A knack for creating engaging digital content and assets across digital channels
- Ability to think strategically in both B2C and B2B contexts
- Data-driven with a focus on ROI
- Demonstrable business acumen, determination, self-starter and teamwork values
- Spanish or German language skills would be a plus
