We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketer to join our dynamic office. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Digital Marketing campaigns for 5 recruitment brands across various digital platforms.

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000
Location: Ashford, Kent - Hybrid Role.
Flexible working hours - minimum 30 hours per week
The Role;
- Develop and implement Digital Marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads.
- Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising content and campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage and update company website and social media channels, including blogs and calendar of regularly updated content ensuring content is engaging, informative, and optimized for search engines.
- Monitor and analyse website and campaign performance using various analytics tools, making data driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging Digital Marketing trends, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
- Measure and report on the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for all things digital.
- Solid understanding of Digital Marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Proficient in using Digital Marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
