Digital Marketing Coordinator

Reed Marketing and Creative are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator for a Bristol based, educational data company. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that their audience receives the right information at the right time. You will have experience in producing and delivering attraction campaigns across multiple platforms, including email, social media, display, and on-site advertising. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their skills in Digital Marketing within the higher education and graduate recruitment sector. This is an 8 week temporary, part time (20 hours) position.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate the campaign delivery service for sales teams and clients, ensuring campaigns are on track and customer service quality expectations are met.
• Monitor and manage digital campaigns, including tracking costs and return on investment for clients.
• Support account managers and product teams in managing relationships and communications with clients.
• Respond effectively to internal stakeholder requests, queries, and issues.
• Maintain the course database and manage member relationships, queries, and requests

Person Specification:

• Experience in coordinating Digital Marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with various digital advertising platforms such as email, social media, display, and on-site advertising.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to monitor campaign performance.
