Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to coordinating various digital activities, including social media and website content, aimed at enhancing brand awareness and generating leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in devising strategies for establishing a lasting digital connection with potential residents, their friends, family members, and influencers.
- Develop and distribute online newsletters and promotional emails through various channels.
- Generate creative content ideas and contribute to website updates.
- Collaborate with website developers to enhance user experience.
- Ensure that offers, incentives, and relevant information are consistently updated across all online platforms.
- Monitor competitor activities and propose strategic adjustments to stay ahead.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies for insightful and visually appealing content.
- Manage content posting across all social media channels.
- Create podcasts and marketing videos.
- Produce engaging blogs for distribution on social media.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a Digital Marketing role.
- In-depth understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience in B2C social media marketing.
- Proficient in creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional spelling, grammar, and proofreading abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BSc/BA in marketing or a relevant field.

Working Conditions
- Hybrid working role based in West London, and working sites (regular travel to sites is required)
- Occasional weekend work for sales events.
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
