Location: Bath - hybrid working
Salary: £28k - £33k (negotiable)

My client is in the financial services sector and are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team, focusing on developing and maintaining Digital Marketing content. The ideal candidate will enhance their website’s messaging, ensuring it is always current and effective, thus improving the customer experience for new and existing visitors. A strong SEO background and experience in digital channels are essential for driving growth in their company.

Day to Day of the Role:

• Author high-quality, SEO-optimised digital content to drive relevant traffic and leads.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams on website, email, ad copy, and page design to optimise customer experience and lead generation.
• Work with the Proposition team to review and improve nurturing journey content.
• Create and implement a long-term content plan, staying abreast of market developments and trends.
• Regularly review existing content for relevance and accuracy.
• Contribute to process improvements for content production and distribution.
• Support a consistent brand message across all marketing channels.
• Craft engaging ad and landing page copy for paid media campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree-level education in a Marketing or related subject would be ideal, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in creating effective digital content.
• Experience in the financial sector or knowledge of the mortgage process.
• Ability to report and analyse Digital Marketing activity results (Paid Search, SEO, Email, etc.).
• Practical experience with current SEO practices and a drive to learn and develop.
• Knowledge and experience of HTML/CSS and working within a CMS.
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush).
• Understanding of wider Digital Marketing channels, such as paid search and social media.

This client operates a hybrid working environment, you must be within a commutable distance of Bath to attend the office on a weekly basis (1-2 days per week).
