Join the B2B Marketing team at Close Brothers Invoice Finance (CBIF) where you will be involved in the development and delivery of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across a variety of our business areas.
Your role will also include advising on trends and new emerging media formats and digital strategies to keep our marketing fresh and effective. You will need detailed experience in PPC and SEO, with strong analysis skills for better optimisation and strategy. You will also create digital assets to use across our channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and develop the SEO strategy for company websites. Review keywords, including long-tail and short-tail keywords, to provide insight for securing strong SEPRs. Share the updated strategy/report with the marketing team.
- Implement changes based on the insights from the data gathered by MOZ and Google CWV to improve website SEO performance. Identify new ranking opportunities. Report technical health of websites.
- Create and deliver Google Ads and a paid social strategy for the brand to increase awareness, engagement, and clicks and drive inbound leads.
- Review and refine the target audiences, segments, keywords, bidding strategy and ad sets used across campaigns. Develop and deliver a quarterly summary report on key metrics and performance.
- Develop digital assets to be used across our social media channels, paid media campaigns and email campaigns. (videos - clips - animations - HTML5 ads).
- Work with the marketing team to deliver a seamless and cohesive digital experience for users across all our digital channels (Email campaigns, Digital ads, Websites, and social channels).
- Undertake regular health checks of websites to identify improvements needed and implement changes to keep our websites optimised, improving the user experience, traffic, and conversions.
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and that all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the required standards.

- You have proven experience in a Marketing role.
- You possess excellent project management and prioritisation skills.
- You can work as part of a team to provide a joined-up marketing function.
- You have an understanding of working with brand guidelines.
- You can display excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
- You are highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at the same time, while having an excellent eye for detail.
- You have Social Media channel management experience, including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram.
- You have experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL, BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:
- Have experience working in the finance sector.
- Have experience working in a multi-brand environment.
- Have the knowledge and experience working with Adobe Premier Pro.
- Have experience working in Google Analytics (GA4).
