Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a Digital Marketing role or a similar environment.
- Demonstrated ability to execute digital content with precision and creativity.
- Strong written communication skills, with the capacity to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Proficiency in using Canva and social media scheduling tools.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in aligning brand guidelines with content output.
- A history of proactive engagement and community building on social media platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM best practices and content optimisation for digital platforms.
Core Accountabilities:
- Ensure the timely and effective execution of Digital Marketing strategies, achieving desired engagement and performance metrics.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all digital channels, enhancing brand recognition and loyalty.
- Foster positive interactions with our online community, enhancing customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Digital Marketing efforts through data analysis, creative input, and strategic alignment.
- Execute Digital Marketing strategies across a diverse range of platforms, including but not limited to social media, CRM, and PR.
- Schedule and oversee the posting of content on key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Actively engage with and respond to comments and messages on social media, fostering community engagement.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns, ensuring the dispatch of timely and relevant content.
- Diligently track, compile, and report on key metrics for email campaigns, contributing to data-driven strategy adjustments.
- Support the seamless execution of CRM, PR, and communications strategies, aligning with overall brand objectives.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all business outputs.
- £28,000 salary
- Flexible working environment which requires 2 days per week in the newly refurbished plush office in Brighouse, and 3 days remote/ working from home.
- 37.5 hour week
- Although this role is Monday - Friday, there may be times you are required to work at a weekend, however you are able to take this time back in lieu.
