Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (Hybrid working 2 days at home)

The Digital Marketing Executive is a key member of a small team that provides digital expertise to the broader marketing department. This role involves raising awareness of the clients' products and services across all digital platforms, offering recommendations, and proposing solutions to maximise the impact and reach of national campaigns. The goal is to help diversify our community and achieve our strategic objectives.
 
SKILLS REQUIRED
 
·Previous experience within a marketing role
·Google Analytics knowledge
·Background in website building
·Understanding of running marketing campaigns
·Ability to take ownership of a position and work to deadlines
·Friendly and outgoing personality
·Strong copywriting skills
·Work on own initiative and in a team
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
·Participate in community management for all social media channels on a rotational basis.
·Collaborate on updating the CMS for the corporate website, offering recommendations for content enhancement.
·Track web performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing suggestions.
·Generate campaign reports, including new member surveys and paid social media campaigns.
·Attend company and third-party events nationwide to support outreach and member acquisition efforts.
 
OPPORTUNTIES FOR TRAINING IN
·Collaborate with the broader marketing team on the company website transformation.
·Provide guidance and support on SEO best practices and keyword research to the Marketing and Communications team.
·Conduct paid social campaigns to generate leads for commercial and charity products, including Advanced Courses.
·Assist in developing and launching digital acquisition strategies for our core products.
·Supervise Pay-per-Click (Google Ads) campaigns by offering recommendations and optimising activities to enhance search engine visibility.
