Digital Marketing Executive  

Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager 

Location: Hybrid - Newmarket - 2-days on-site - 2-days WFH

Hours: 32 hours across a 4-day week (no salary sacrifice) 

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 

Product: Group Level, Wonde, Evouchers & Secure Schools

Job snapshot:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing online marketing campaigns across all our companies (Beyond, Wonde, Secure Schools, and Evouchers). 

Your primary focus will be on Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, specifically Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, to drive traffic and conversions. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify and target relevant keywords for campaign optimisation
  • Work with the Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets to maximise click-through rates (CTR) and conversions
  • Monitor and manage budgets for PPC campaigns, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Generate regular reports to track and communicate results
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimise ad performance and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with the PMMs and design teams to create and optimise landing pages for better conversion rates (CRO)
  • this is a new area for the business so we are keen to bring someone on board who brings new, creative ideas to the table
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in Digital Marketing and PPC

Requirements

What we’re hoping you’ll bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ of Digital Marketing experience with clear and demonstrable experience with paid advertising 
  • Knowledge of how different bid strategies including Maximise conversions, target CPA and target ROAS, can optimise campaign performance
  • An understanding of how to track conversions with the updated Google Ads conversion tracking tag along with Google Tag Manager
  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), including the attribution paths report to understand the multiple touch-points to conversion
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to speak to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ambition and initiative to drive change in a fast-moving sector
  • Be a natural in identifying and approaching new ideas
  • Ability to prioritise workflow and ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability and desire to learn and take on new challenges
