We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to spearhead our next growth phase. This role will naturally progress into Marketing Manager as the company grows in 2024. This role involves crafting and implementing strategic marketing plans, owning our brand across channels, creating engaging advertisements, and developing promotional material and company literature. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record, showcasing a creative flair to contribute to the success of our rapidly expanding company.

Duties:
- Develop and implement Digital Marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends
- Create and manage Digital Marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Digital Marketing
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Work alongside the Head of BD to ensure all company strategies align across sales & marketing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing or related field
- Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or iMovie, for creating and editing marketing videos is preferred.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and tactics
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with Google Ads or other online advertising platforms is preferred.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing or related field.

Pay: £22,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
