As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in implementing and delivering the success of our overall Digital Marketing strategy. Your expertise in digital technologies and diverse Digital Marketing channels will be crucial in achieving key business goals and objectives. This is a pivotal position in the company and experience in Digital Marketing, e-commerce, SEO, paid media and analytics are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the successful execution of the overall Digital Marketing strategy.
- Manage third-party agency plans to achieve budgeted online revenue targets.
- Mentor and train direct reports, sharing Digital Marketing knowledge within the wider team.
- Stay updated on the latest technology and industry best practices.
- Oversee and manage all Digital Marketing channels.
- Measure ROI and KPIs to gauge campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and align with a Digital Marketing budget.
- Supervise UK relevant social media accounts.
- Enhance online content, considering SEO and leveraging Google Analytics.
- Maintain an inbound marketing plan and support lead generation.
- Provide accurate data to forecast sales performance trends.
- Monitor competition and propose strategies for improvement.
- Any other reasonable management requests as per the needs of the business.
Skills and experience required:
- Significant experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or equivalent.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful Digital Marketing strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of various Digital Marketing channels.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, paid media and CRM software. Microsoft dynamics is preferable but not essential.
- Familiarity with web design principles.
