The Role:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy aimed at increasing online sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement. This role is pivotal in establishing a strong online presence for Sterling Home; driving growth, and helping to lead us into the next phase of our digital journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy aligned with the company's objectives and budget.
2. Paid Advertising: Oversee paid advertising campaigns, including Paid Social, Search Engine Advertising (PPC), and Digital Display. Manage budgets and liaise with external agencies.
3. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Optimise website content, meta tags, and keywords to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic.
4. Content Marketing: Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, product descriptions, and multimedia content to engage and educate customers.
5. Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation, to nurture leads and drive repeat business.
6. Affiliate Marketing: Oversee and manage the affiliate marketing program, including recruitment, communication, and performance analysis. Drive affiliates to generate incremental sales and brand exposure.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the Digital Marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to high-performing channels and campaigns.
9. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor strategies to adapt Digital Marketing efforts accordingly.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Online Sales Growth: Increase year-over-year online sales revenue.
  • Website Traffic: Drive and maintain a consistent increase in website traffic.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Improve website conversion rates for online sales.
  • Customer Acquisition: Attract and convert new customers through digital channels.
  • Email Marketing Effectiveness: Improve email campaign performance and customer retention.
  • ROI: Optimize Digital Marketing spend to maximize return on investment.
  • Affiliate Program Performance: Manage and enhance the affiliate marketing program to drive incremental sales and brand reach.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including paid social, SEA (PPC), and display media.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing programs.
  • Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
  • Creative thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
