Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week with flexible start and finish times (start between 8am -10am and finish between 4pm – 6pm) Monday – Friday + parking

A unique and rapidly growing reseller of body jewellery and body art supplies in Poole is currently recruiting for a Digital Advertising & SEO Executive to focus on content-based SEO and bring the brands to the top of search engines.
This successful company comprises of 40 talented individuals at their head office. Serving around 4,500 B2B customers, this business holds an impressive reputation for their customer service and in-depth product knowledge.
The next stage of growth includes supplying the B2C market so this is a very exciting time to join.
As the Digital Advertising and SEO Executive, you will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies, planning and executing digital campaigns and utilising analytics tools to measure success.
This is an ideal role for someone who is able to spot and implement strategies to get the brands to the top of search results.
Working closely alongside the Marketing Manager, your duties will be to;
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyse campaign metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize ROI.
• Set up and run affiliate programmes
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility.
• Perform keyword research and analysis to inform content optimization and creation.
• Monitor and report on organic search performance using relevant SEO tools.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.
• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Identify trends and opportunities for optimization in both advertising and SEO efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to align Digital Marketing efforts with overall business goals.
The successful candidate will possess;
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience implementing on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
• Proficiency in using Digital Marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
