An outgoing, bold and creative B2C organisation based in West Yorkshire.
As the Digital Marketing & SEO Manager, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and executing both Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Pay-per-Click (PPC) campaigns. Your core SEO responsibilities will include performing keyword research, developing SEO guidelines, and optimising our content and web pages to ensure high ranks in SERPs and drive qualified organic traffic to our website. Additionally, you will plan, create, and manage Google PPC campaigns in line with the monthly budget, optimising bidding, writing engaging ad copy, and monitoring campaign performance.
Responsibilities
PPC Campaign Management: Craft and manage PPC campaigns in Google AdWords, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Budget Monitoring and Bid Adjustment: Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids to gain better ROI, maximizing the effectiveness of PPC advertising spend.
Ad Copywriting: Write attractive and concise copy for adverts, focusing on compelling messaging and calls-to-action to boost click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
Performance Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate, conversion rate, and cost per acquisition to assess campaign performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
SEO Strategy Development: Define content development, syndication, distribution, and link-building strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website.
Site Audits and Reporting: Draft detailed SEO site audits and reports through a technical, content, and off-site lens to ensure adherence to SEO best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, and PPC campaign management.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and SEO analytics platforms.
Proficiency in Google AdWords and other PPC advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Google Ads and SEO certifications are a plus.
Ideally experience within an 'agency' environment or experienced within multiple sectors.
