Reed are delighted to be working alongside our client, a Suffolk based, innovative and pioneering energy company, who are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team.

Open to Full-time / Part-time candidates

  • Monday-Friday / 8.30 - 5pm

The role:

  • Create and execute Digital Marketing campaigns that increase online presence, generate leads, and grow brand awareness.
  • Work with various digital platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, to optimize advertising performance and reach target audience.
  • Create and manage content for social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to engage followers and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for business.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with goals and vision.
  • Create visuals of artwork for marketing purposes.
  • Monitor and analyse website analytics to measure the impact of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Assist with the maintenance and management of website, ensuring it is up to date and effective.
  • Stay on top of the latest industry best practices and trends in Digital Marketing.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using Digital Marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • 1-year Digital Marketing experience (preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject (preferred).
