About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the EMEA Influencer Marketing strategy and campaigns for the HoT’s Brands for Sport & Outdoor, Homeware, Beauty & Wellness. He/she will oversee and implement influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. He/she will identify new partnership opportunities, develop relationships with prominent influencers, and brainstorm creative and engaging content ideas for influencer campaigns targeting different social media platforms. The collaborative efforts of the role will extend to cross-functional teams, including Brand, eBusiness, Data & Insights, and the broader digital team, ensuring a cohesive and impactful Digital Marketing approach.

What you’ll do in the role

Influencer Marketing Strategy Development

  • Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall brands objectives.
  • Identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audiences and brands values.
  • Responsibilities include handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision.

Influencer Campaign Management

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of all influencer campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Create and manage monthly influencer marketing calendars for all brands, adhering to internal deadlines and collaborating with brand teams for approval.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, such as social media, media, brands, and e-Business, to establish cohesive and successful campaigns.
  • Monitor financial resources and ensure efficient implementation of influencer campaigns within established budgetary limits.

Technology and Innovation:

  • Stay abreast of the latest developments about industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
  • Explore and develop influencer marketing platform to optimize performance and efficiency.

KPIs & Reporting:

  • Define KPIs to measure the campaign’s success.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

What will help you do the job well

??Essential:

  • University degree (Communication, Marketing or equivalent)
  • 3+ years of experience in leading influencer marketing strategy and proven track record in managing influencer campaigns.
  • Thorough understanding of current social media and influencer marketing trends.
  • Proven experience in using influencer and social media platforms.
  • Very good understanding in analytics tools and strong MS office knowledge.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus.
  • Excitement about joining a midsize yet growing company with fast-growing brands!
