We’re hiring! Come and join our team in Ripon as a Digital Order Executive. In this busy role you will be working with our local accounts, processing their online orders and dealing with their queries after sales. You will monitor the inbox, ensuring they get a swift response and build relationships with our customers as well as our suppliers.
This is a flexible hybrid role working 40 hours per week. This is a permanent, full time role Monday to Friday between 07:30 - 20:00 on a rotating shift pattern. You may also be required to work one in every five Saturdays and this is paid as over time.

- Solid customer service experience
- Sales administration is desirable
- The ability to multitask and be able to work to KPIs
