About the job

To ensure that all products are printed to the highest quality output that meets the customer requirement.

• Ensure product is within specification using appropriate equipment such as image qualifier for reflectance, PCR, Dropout and ultra violet light for invisible links. 
• To ensure that the machine is made ready to the customers quality requirements, using the most economical and practical method with the information and materials provided.
• To produce the highest quality of product by running the machine to its optimum speed for the product being produced.
• Production of the job will be within the approved make ready and run times and material waste levels.
• Provide information by filling in documentation as required; timesheets, process inspection sheets, job sheets, special production reports, reel and box manifests and NCR forms.
• Provide quality samples for job check, customer, customer service, job bag and process inspection.
• Maintenance of machine to be kept in line with the schedule provided and to the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Ensure the machine and working area are kept in a clean and tidy condition
• Ensure adequate communications are given to the next operator.
