Digital Printer & Finisher

Due to ongoing growth, my client is looking to add to their team in the form of a Digital Printer & Finisher. They specialise within the communication side of the industry and offer a variety of digital, litho and finishing services.
The Role:

- Operate and maintain digital printing equipment, specifically Ricoh 9210, 8320's, 8220
- Operate and maintain finishing equipment, specifically Polar Guillotine, Duplo 10 Bookletmaker, MATRIX Digital Laminating Machine, Morgana Creasing Machine, Morgana Digital Folder
- Ensure the production of high-quality prints, observing the clients specifications
- Monitor print jobs and adjust as necessary to enhance output
- Assess equipment issues / faults and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Join forces with the production team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment.

The Candidate

- At least 1 year experience within a similar role
- Experience using a Konica Minolta Press
- Knowledge of finishing machinery (guillotine, digital laminator, book binding, cut and crease machine, folding etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can multi-task, prioritising their work where possible to meet demanding deadlines.

Salary
The salary for this role is based on experience up to £32,000 plus benefits including company pension, based on experience.
This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
