Digital Product Manager

Brighton

£60,000

We are working with a successful Brighton based SaaS company, their marketing team is expanding, and they are looking for a skilled Digital Product Manager from either software or SaaS backgrounds to join their team.

This is an exciting role with huge possibilities to develop their product range, by managing the full circle from discovering the opportunities (working with clients) to shaping the concepts (from a commercial sense too) and managing the delivery and roll out of the new products.

They offer hybrid working and this will include 3 days in the Brighton based office and 2 days working from home. This is NOT a fully remote job.

Responsibilities of this Digital Product Manager include:

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and understanding their needs and use of the product
  • Regularly lead customer feedback sessions to foster understanding of the solution and to solicit new features, identify bugs and usability cases
  • Advocate user-centric design principles, working with UX/UI to ensure their platform is user-friendly and addresses principal pain points
  • Identifying new opportunities and features
  • Defining the Product roadmap, including sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospectives
  • Ensure the smooth execution of sprints and key projects utilising the Agile framework
  • Write new product specs, manage the product backlog and triage support tickets, ensuring sprints are clear, balanced and development ready

For this Digital Product Manager job, you should have:

  • 3 years’ experience working in a similar position as Digital Product Manager from either software or SaaS backgrounds.
  • Proven skills working in Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • A real passion for establishing relationships with clients to drive success with their product solutions
  • Precisely articulate complex feature requirements, capture clear user stories and create detailed documents in a concise and structured manner
  • Ability to take ownership of the end-to-end idea to product process and work as self-directed member of the team
  • A problem solver, who can remove barriers and get results

Benefits:

  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Share options plus many more.
