Our Transformation Programme
We are part-way through an ambitious, five-year plan to completely transform the Intellectual Property Office and how we interact with our customers. We have developed a suite of ground-breaking Digital Products that are ready to release to our customers and we are approaching phase two where we will extend those products to cover the rest of our organisation.

Person Specification
- Background in Digital Product Management with a solid record of delivering against a prioritised backlog
- strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
- Leading Agile multi-disciplinary delivery teams
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Strong presentation and communication skills across a variety of situations and levels of stakeholders
Working Style
This role will be carried out in-line with IPO Hybrid working arrangements where staff are currently expected to spend at least 20% of their time working onsite from one of our offices. This role is based in our NewportOffice.
