The role...

As the Digital Product Owner, you will be the driving force behind the management and development of their Digital Products, including the Mobile Banking App, Internet Banking, and other web applications. You'll act as a subject matter expert, collaborating closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify and deliver transformative changes aligned with their digital roadmap.

Skills / Experience...

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, to inspire, influence and engage internal and external teams.
  • Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders across business and technology functions.
  • Experience of Digital Product management.
  • Strong tech background, familiarity with development and delivery of web/mobile applications.
  • Experience of channel development/optimisation, preferably in financial services.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and processes, including project prioritisation and delivery. Experience in agile and waterfall is preferred but not essential.
  • An understanding of digital functionality across digital interfaces.
  • Able to demonstrate insights and data visually.
  • Able to balance competing requirements from multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with customer focused approach.
