Position Overview: As a Product Owner / Digital Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients' needs and the development teams. You will be responsible for defining and prioritising product features, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, is passionate about digital solutions, and enjoys driving projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their goals, requirements, and vision for digital projects or products.
* Act as the liaison between clients and development teams, translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
* Develop and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
* Create detailed project plans, set project timelines, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and QA analysts, to ensure successful project execution.
* Conduct regular status meetings, provide project updates, and manage client expectations.
* Perform risk assessments and proactively address potential project issues or delays.
* Continuously gather client feedback and iterate on product features to drive improvements.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions that meet client objectives and user needs.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Digital Project Manager.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Agile methodologies.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Experience in delivering digital projects or products, including web development, mobile apps, or software solutions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
* PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification is a plus.
