Digital Propositions Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Digital and Loyalty Marketing team.  As Digital Proposition Manager your role will be to manage and support the development, optimisation and growth of Costa Coffee’s Digital Propositions, with a key focus on the UK.

This will include day management of Delivery Partner relationships and E2E promotion activation, to  supporting the Senior Commercial Planning Manager with the creation of the 3-5 year planning. Your role will also be pivotal towards identifying new enhancements and opportunities to refine Digital Propositions, maximise the consumer experience, and create value for the business.

A bit about the role...

Day to day, you will play a key role in driving consumer acquisition and engagement via Costa Coffee’s digital trade propositions, achieving trade growth and operating income goals. This will be achieved through (but not limited to):

  • Support trade growth of Digital Propositions (Delivery & Collect)
  • Plan and activate E2E promotional campaigns laddering to key business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party partners
  • Drive Digital Proposition optimisation – opportunity identification for driving or improving Digital Propositions – consumer need, insight, size of the prize, trials
  • Establishing and developing strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers e.g. Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo
  • Stay up to date with changes in competition, and shifts in the digital landscape, to leverage and identify specific opportunities

A passion for Digital Proposition development is just the start of what for. So, what else makes a great Digital Proposition Manager at Costa?

  • Evidence of Digital Proposition management & development or a strong account management background in in a large multi-channel consumer-facing business
  • Competent in evaluating new ideas and making recommendations to senior management
  • Highly analytical with strong data analysis interpretation and reporting (Excel)
  • Experience of working with 3rd party organisation with a commercial lens
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to present to senior management
  • Passionate and proactive self-starter with bags of drive and initiative and ability to re-prioritise and juggle workload

Location: Wimpole Street London office a minimum of 2 days per week
