Job description

Frama is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for selling the Frama suite of email security and electronic signature software solutions to businesses throughout the UK.

This is a consultative selling role and ideally would suit someone with a SaaS background. Your primary goal will be to generate new leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Digital Sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

The person selected for this role will have the opportunity to build a team of similar likeminded sales professionals and head this department within Frama UK.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and prospect potential clients in the target market
* Conduct research to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
* Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
* Stay up-to-date with industry trens and developments in email security and electronic signature software
* Provide feedback to the development team based on client needs and market demands
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
* Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system

Requirements:

* Proven excellence in Digital Sales, preferably in the software industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level clients
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
* Proven experience in reaching out to C-level personnel
