Our Client
A well-established independent agency that is continuing to grow, they have some long-standing and loyal clients. They have a very positive approach to their people and culture.
The Role
The agency split their client services team into Account Handlers and Project Managers, and this role sits within the former. The role will work primarily with one of the agencies largest client, for whom they’ve just launched a brand new 6 figure website. Initially it will be key to help this client activate its existing customers to use the site and to get the best possible results from their new site. You’ll be focused on the strategic elements of client work and ensuring strong client relationships are maintained and grown.
You
You’ll have several years’ agency experience, with a strong grounding in digital channels Their focus is firmly on your experience, attitude and work ethic, they are looking for a highly motivated candidate, with a talent for building strong relationships and strategic thinking. You’ll be commercially strong when it comes to financials and be able to motivate and manage a team.
