About the role…
- This is a 12 month fixed term role
- You’ll work a set pattern which will include one evening shift, and a day at the weekend
- You’ll work from our fabulous head office in South Normanton, Alfreton (just off the M1)
Our Customer Support team provide a highly bespoke service to our members through a range of communication channels. This includes email, telephone, live chat and social media. You’ll therefore be on the frontline for our members, ensuring they feel valued and genuinely cared for at every touchpoint.
We’re looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to cover maternity leave within our warm and friendly team. We’d really love to hear from you if you’ve a genuine empathy for slimmers and a passion for delivering a first-class service. And you’re:
- an engaging and confident communicator who can adjust your style to different contact channels
- highly considerate of others
- a great problem-solver with excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- competent in multi-tasking and managing changing priorities
- confident using Microsoft Office, the internet and mobile apps
Ideally you’ll have some experience within a fast-paced contact centre environment using Salesforce; although training can be given. While also having an understanding of Slimming World and Food Optimising.
Please note our team all work set shift patterns which usually include day shifts, plus one evening until 9pm, and one day at the weekend working 9-5pm.
