About the role

This is a fast paced and dynamic role which drives excellence in customer experiences of the Tesco Mobile website.

With responsibility for the key window into the brand, this is a high profile and dynamic role that closely interacts with a wide variety of stakeholders and internal/external partners.

The role sits in an overall team of 5. You’ll join a high performing team to constantly improve performance and customer outcomes.

You’ll work with brilliant colleagues, great external partners and be instrumental in continuing to drive and evolve the team as we continue our Agile transformation.

You’ll work closely with key partners across the business to share insight, align on key activities and feed into wider strategic improvements for the platform.

You will be responsible for
  • Accountable for the delivery of exceptional online customer journeys in line with Tesco Mobile's strategic objectives. Exceeding sales, revenue, customer, and performance measures in line with performance planning cycles.
  • Responsible for legal and regulatory performance adherence
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of customer journeys
  • Utilise knowledge and experience to accurately prioritise workload across internal and external teams to meet the needs of customers
  • Support Tesco Mobile agile principles and ways of working across multiple business areas. Work closely with Product owners/Tribe leads to clearly identify requirements that fulfil quarterly initiatives supporting business OKRs
  • Ensure business tooling is used effectively and efficiently to drive ongoing improvements in ways of working
  • Work with other members of the trading and content team to identify new ways of working, freeing up time to devote to customers
  • Manage relationships with third party partners to drive ongoing improvement and efficiency
You will need
  • Great leadership and communication skills (influencing, leadership, great communication)
  • A track record of delivering digital experience that have driven outstanding commercial and customer outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
  • An analytical mindset with experience of analytics tools
  • Experience of content management systems, Adobe preferred
  • Experience of working in telco / subscription based / tech brand desirable
