Digital Transformation Consultant

Exciting opportunity to join a global software business, seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant, to join the Pre-Sales Team as a trusted advisor to their customers. Understanding their business objectives and demonstrating the value of the solutions to support their digital strategies. Providing the customers with advice on digital change, helping strengthen their brand and grow their business. As a core member of the Pre-Sales team, you will collaborate with the Sales organisation and work closely with the wider Technical, Consulting and Customer Success teams. Hybrid working pattern and day rate inside IR35.

Providing advice to our clients on their digital strategy and transformation programs including:

  • A deep understanding of all digital channels and emerging trends
  • Ability to translate client goals and objectives into meaningful and measurable omnichannel programmes and strategies
  • Audit client's existing digital content efforts and develop strategies/tactics for optimisation
  • Plan and facilitate both internal and client working sessions
  • Provide creative and strategic content/input as part of the RFP or proposal process, presentations and client case studies
  • Ability to translate insight into a simple, coherent strategy that responds to a given client brief
  • Participate in client workshops, presentations, and other working sessions as required

Desired experience & attributes:

  • Strong understanding of technology, digital marketing and emerging trends, and how this can drive Digital Transformation
  • Ability to identify the critical business issues that customers are facing and provide solution approaches
  • Exceptional presentation skills, conversational skills and experience as a trusted advisor
  • Experienced in building and communicating use cases and value propositions
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain an understanding of competitors, especially strengths and weaknesses of competitor solutions
  • Provide creative and strategic content/input as part of the RFP or proposal process, presentations and client case studies
  • Participate in customer workshops, presentations, and other working sessions as required
  • Ability to conduct and execute customer workshops
  • Experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting or digital marketing environment
