This is a great opportunity to join rapidly expanding manufacturing company, with a bright future ahead of them. This is a large family-owned organisation, that has retained a family feel. You will be based in their recently refurbished, flagship head office, just outside of Witney.
You MUST be able to drive as it is NOT accessible via public transport. This job is Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-4.30pm and is paying an exceptionally good apprentice salary of £18,900.
In this position as Digital Web Apprentice, you would be enrolled in an online apprenticeship. You will have time within your working week to study and ongoing support and guidance from the team around you. For this Digital Web Apprentice position, you do not need previous experience. It is important to them that they find the right personality to fit with the team. Someone that is enthusiastic, willing to learn all about marketing and take on board information from the experienced staff around them.
An interest in this area is a bonus, as is knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, basic knowledge of HTML and understanding marketing from a business perspective. But it is not essential. Primarily you would be working with the company’s website, updating product information and website content. But it would also include aspects of other areas of marketing such as social media, E-mails and Analytics and your online course would also give you a good overview of these.
Tasks of the Digital Web Apprentice to include.
- Assist with maintaining the company website ensuring continuous improvement for clients.
- Update (not create) website imagery.
- Assist with creating and running web promotions.
- Identify and help fix any website issues.
