About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Web Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our digital marketing efforts for the 11th best super-large organisation to work for in the UK by Great Place To Work UK.
This is an exciting time in the Society’s history as we are growing into a bigger organisation. Proportional change and technology are driving improvements, and we are at the forefront of this transformation.
This is a key leadership role in the Marketing Team acting as a role model for other Marketing professionals and supporting as a deputy for the Senior Digital Manager when needed.
This role will deliver and development of the Society’s digital marketing strategy, building strong and effective working relationships across the Commercial Office and Change teams.
The team will help the commercial office to deliver new propositions, optimise commercial performance and user experience of our websites and support product, marketing, and content changes.
We’ll also need support in both strategic and tactical changes to improve our content management platform capabilities and to seek out process and cost efficiencies across key activities.

About you
To be successful in this role we are looking for these skills:
You’ll be experienced at producing effective marketing materials which are of high quality and meet the brief and deadlines set.
You’ll be analytical and with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders and build positive working relations.
Experience in managing a content management system with driving digital channel performance, improving user experience, and ensuring good customer and commercial outcomes.
A good understanding of web analytics.
Excellent coaching skills with experience in leading and developing high performing teams
