ce to work, and you could be one of them, bringing with you new ideas on how we can keep customers at the heart of what we do. Whatever your background, and whatever your goals, we'll help you take the next step towards a better future. In Home Finance Advice a Direct Lending Adviser is responsible for supporting customers throughout the first stage of a mortgage application as well as helping existing customers with additional borrowing applications and other lending needs.The team incorporates qualified Mortgage Advisers, Mortgage Support Consultants and Direct Lending Advisers. If it’s good to go you will then complete a “Decision in Principle” for the customer which involves a credit search being carried out•    Following a successful DIP, you’ll book customers in with one of our qualified mortgage advisers•    When you’re not on the phone answering a variety of policy & affordability queries and completing DIP’s, you’ll be pro-active in supporting others and focusing on your own development What Do We Need From You? You’ll be joining one of our five teams in ‘Home Finance Advice’ comprising of up to 15 people per team. These teams work in a collaborative and high performing environment.·       We are looking for brave, accountable, curious & collaborative individuals who are motivated by providing an excellent customer journey and strive to develop themselves.·       Strong communication skills.·       Proactive mindset.·       Experience working in a customer facing role is essential.·       Experience of the mortgage journey is preferable but not essential.·       Applicants must live in the UK.
