Direct Sales Consultant
Full Time - Permanent
Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (No Weekends)
Salary £24,800 base with uncapped commission (e.g. OTE of £45k)
Hybrid role - 2 days at home - Office based In Nuneaton

Requirements -
- Minimum 12 months sales/account management experience
- Your not just good at building relationships; it's a natural talent. You connect instantly with a wide variety of people
- Attention to detail
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities
- Cross selling multiple services and additional products
- Identify and contact potential customers through various means, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Using our custom-built system to generate quotations to new and existing customers
- Dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to customers
- Accurately inputting outcomes to Sales Force CRM
- Offering quotations to business customers and closing business
- Objection handling
- Listening to the customers' needs
- Assisting where possible with the customers queries
- Managing and prioritising workload on a daily basis to ensure high levels of effective productivity
- Any other duties reasonable expected of you within your role
